Lisa Thomas, Ph.D

I have earned my Ph.D. in I/O Psychology and my MBA with a concentration in Human resources management.  I am a Board Certified Coach (BCC) and Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM) active member of the Society of Consulting Psychology (SCP), American Psychological Association (APA), and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). I have been an educator for over 20 years; currently teaching courses in Human Resources Management Qualitative Research Methods, Recruitment, and Selection, Marketing Management, and Business Ethics among others.

Before the Covid Pandemic, I Coached and Consulted persons who had experienced traumatic injuries that dramatically affected their lives physically and emotionally. My coaching and consulting, now exclusively remote, extends to groups and individuals who are seeking to adjust to a “new normal” in their personal and professional lives. This includes personal and Organizational Development and Training, Executive coaching, work-life balance,  and stress management.
